I'm finally taking the time to post my results of my Total Health & Fitness program.
A little info about me. I grew up being overweight and always have been slightly chubby (just lack of self-control). I have been involved in many different ways to lose weight. I saw nutritionists, dieted, worked out consistently since I was 12.
