Thanks for the info. This weekend had it's ups and downs. I kinda had a few moments of weakness even today too. I'm trying to do better. What should I do when I have to much to eat at one meal? I've been trying to still eat but compensate and eat less cals. the next meal. Also instead of Bread, I was wondering if I could swap for grapenuts.
