Hey Everyone, Since the Ragnar my knee has not healed as well as I have liked. I have signed up for the Hobble Creek Half Marathon for August 22nd. I am not going to run this race. If you would like to take my place please let me know here or at jam…
Between Saturday night and last night I ate anything and everything. Not a good thing. Although it tasted good it made me feel like crap (well just a little). I will hit the gym tonight for weigths but will not run for 2 to 3 weeks. Should still be…

Jeff, i got on this morning to register for the Hobblecreek half and 900 of the 1200 spots were filled. I was able to register. Good thing I didn't wait until later today.
Dan, I would love to run the Hobblecreek half on August 22nd but also plan to run the top of utah full marathon on September 19th. Is that enough time in between races?
Jeff, then we will both end up running a 5 minute mile (lol) cause I am trying to catch you. The work you have done with Dan is inspiring an that is pushing me more than the competition itself.
