I'd love to do 4:40 ----- that means I have to 10.5 min/mi (accounting for a 5 min potty break - not sure I can do without) which is slower than what I did at SL half (but that was half the distance) so that seems about reasonable - but ya I'll let you know how I do tomorrow

610 calories is half my alloted calories for the day..... except today where I oopsed....
So what pace are you thinking of me running for Ogden. my runs have avg right about 11 min miles (tempo runs a little faster) about 12 min at first during warmup and then picking up speed a little after warming up (1st mile or 2) some guy has me doing a 3 hour run tomorrow and I was going try doing it about the same pace as I have been> I might even go run some of the Utah valley marathon course......
