Wow, who had the 4 leaf clover? I can't believe 10 of us made it in that is amazing. I hope we can all meet up this year and share stories.

Thats 10 of us so far. I havent heard from the others yet. Those of ya that want customized training plans let me know what you have been running lately and your goal pace and or time and I will get to work.

This is a great race and I happy we are all in. My HOT wife and I will be eating at Zax around 5 ish on Friday night. You are all invited to join us.

I would love to do Delicate Arch again. I was sooo afraid of heigths the last time I was there it sort of ruined some of the thrill. But I have CONQUERED that pesky fear and now I love to climb all over stuff down there.

My favorite arch (but not my favorite beer) is Corona... but it is a short one. A good couple of hours is the Primitive loop trail out from Landscape arch. Thats a pretty hike with some GREAT acoustics in certain places. We'll find some red rocks and walk all over them, ok? :)

And Carries gonna take us on a cool hike in the evening where we can get cool sunset Picts..... Right?! Last year we did delicate arch, but I might just go do it again so I can can get better Picts than I did last year (as long as I remember to bring the camera)
