Mike, this week wasn't to bad but it still hurt. The bonus is that my AB's seem to be getting tighter.

The week 2 workout was great! It would have killed an ordinary man. Do we have a week 3 workout coming?

The forearm bridge is a tough one, but when it gets easier, your core will be super strong and ready for the next progression. I will post the new workout for the week on Monday!

Just completed my first ab workout of the week. It was pretty good. I had trouble holding the bridges the full time suggested on my third sets. It's been a long time since I've done them.
