What is better, taking a ComplEAT MRP before or after a weight training workout?

There is a lot of scientific research to support both. But most would recommend if you workout in the morning, have a shake before your workout, if you workout in the evening, drink a shake post-workout.

I agree. I think that most people workout without having much food in their system. The shake before you workout could help with getting food in your system quickly! Most my clients do a shake for at least 2 of their meals.. and we all know my clients get the best results!!

I beleive it's important to have at least a half full stomach when weight training training for mass, but you know me Mike...."Aftershock" for my post!!
