The ability to challenge myself. I always workout with the attitude..."yesterdays workout won't cut it today!"

To spread motivation through the people I surround myself. Staying healthy and happy so others may feed off that.

It started off as feeling physically better. But it has morphed into so much more. It's empowerment to know I can change my overall health, the way I look in the mirror, my attitude on life, and my surrounding environment (people feed off of my attitude).

Feeling better than I have in years. Smaller (cuter!) clothes. Imagining the look on my Dr.s' faces at future checkups. GETTING OFF SOME OF MY MEDS.

Looking at my contest photos when i'm feeling down about myself motivates me, because i KNOW what i can look like with a little effort!

There are a lot of things that are motivating. After loosing 60+ pounds, I am back to playing basketball a couple times a week. It doesn't take me days for my knees to start feeling better, and I can run all day long. I honestly have not been able to do that since high school.
